We assign one dedicated primary mentor to each student. This ensures a consistent, trusting relationship and a deep understanding of the student's unique learning style. While additional support (such as subject-specific IA/EE specialists or counselors) can be brought in for specific reviews, the primary mentor remains the main point of contact and overall IB mentor.

All of our mentors are experienced educators with advanced degrees and direct experience supporting students through the IB curriculum.

The Growth Package is a 10-week program designed to establish strong academic foundations. Sessions are held either:

  • Once per week (60 minutes)
  • Twice per week (Two 30-minute sessions) to help build a consistent daily routine.

Is this package for a single term or the full IB program? It is designed for a single term to establish organization and study habits. However, we keep our long-term support flexible; families can add additional packages or sessions as the student’s needs evolve during the two-year IB journey.

Each session is divided into three high-impact segments:

  1. Check-in (5–10 min): Reviewing the past week’s challenges and mindset.
  2. Weekly Planning (25–30 min): Tracking all upcoming deadlines and teaching prioritization and task breakdown.
  3. Strategy & Support (20–25 min): Applying study techniques (like active recall) to actual school assignments.

We guide students through the critical stages of Internal Assessments (IAs), the Extended Essay (EE), and Theory of Knowledge (TOK). This includes:

  • Topic Selection: Brainstorming and feasibility checks for research questions.
  • Planning: Helping students structure and break down complex tasks.
  • Feedback: Providing constructive written and verbal feedback on drafts.
  • Accountability: Ensuring students hit their internal school deadlines.
  • Note: We guide the process and quality, but students maintain full academic ownership; we do not write or edit final content.

No, while we encourage student autonomy, mentors proactively track all IB milestones and have sessions planned  in advance .Naturally sessions are guided by the individual students needs , however, we maintain a master calendar of deadlines to ensure sessions are strategic and focused on what is coming up next, rather than just reacting to immediate pressure.

Yes. Students can reach out via email or WhatsApp for quick, reasonable questions. We typically respond between 09:00 and 19:00.

The first session of the package acts as a settling-in session. If you feel the mentorship is not the right fit after that first meeting, you may choose not to continue and will only be billed for that single session.
